Return & Refund Policy

At Evokron, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for products that are:

  • Received in a damaged or physically broken condition.

  • Defective or not functioning as described.

  • Different from the item ordered (wrong color/model).

The 7-day window begins from the date the tracking status shows as "Delivered."

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our logistics process, we strictly require an unboxing video to process claims for damaged or "missing item" cases.

  • Please record a continuous video while opening the package for the first time.

  • Ensure the shipping label and seal are clearly visible in the video.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and in its original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Note: Personal wear items (like certain jewelry or worn accessories) may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please reach out to our support team:

  • WhatsApp/Call: +91 7086496751 Please include your Order ID and the Unboxing Video/Photos of the issue. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Prepaid) or via Bank Transfer/UPI (for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following the guidelines above.
