Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Evokron. We are committed to delivering your tech and lifestyle essentials across India with speed and security. Below are the details of our shipping operations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a product launch or festive season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Pan-India shipping. Delivery charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Northeast India (Local) 2–4 Business Days
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, etc.) 3–5 Business Days
Rest of India 5–7 Business Days

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays can occur due to weather, regional restrictions, or logistics peaks.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. To ensure successful delivery of COD orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package.

  • We may perform a quick telephonic verification for high-value COD orders before dispatch.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

5. Correctness of Address

We ship to the address provided by you. Please double-check your Pin Code and Phone Number during checkout. Evokron is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your products to prevent transit damage.

  • If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If you find the product inside is damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Evokron ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
