Warranty Policy

At Evokron, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a limited warranty to ensure that your digital lifestyle remains uninterrupted by manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all electronic items, including:

  • Handheld and Portable Fans

  • Mobile Charging Cables & Adapters

  • Bluetooth Audio Devices

  • Smart Gadgets

Note: Non-electronic items such as mobile covers, jewelry, and apparel are not covered under this technical warranty but are covered by our 7-Day Return Policy for initial defects.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Battery or motor failure in fans.

  • Connection issues in cables/adapters not caused by physical force.

  • Internal circuit failures.

3. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Physical Misuse: Drops, cracks, or heavy impact.

  • Water Damage: Exposure to liquids, moisture, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open or repair the device by a third party.

  • Wear and Tear: Natural fading of colors, scratches from use, or battery degradation over time.

  • Incorrect Power Input: Damage caused by using incompatible chargers or power surges.

4. How to Claim Warranty

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and a short video clip demonstrating the fault.

  3. Evaluation: Our technical team will review the claim within 48 hours.

  4. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement or a repair. If the specific model is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a store credit.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty

  • For claims made within the first 30 days, Evokron will cover the reverse pickup and shipping costs.

  • For claims made after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service hub in Assam. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced unit back to you.
